- burger patties
- 8 slices cheese
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- grilled onions
- bread and butter pickles
- 8 lettuce leaves
- burger sauce
- 1 pack burger buns
Burger Patties
- 1 lb beyond meat burger
- ½ cup yellow onions ⅛" diced
- 1 mushrooms chopped
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp burger seasoning
Burger Seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like it spicy)
Burger Sauce
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 2 tbsp yellow or dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce

Directions
- Mix all burger patty ingredients together and form into patties
- Grill patties to your liking about 3-4 minutes per side once patties are cooked through. Grill burger buns if desired and build your burgers!
