  • burger patties
  • 8 slices cheese
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • grilled onions
  • bread and butter pickles
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • burger sauce
  • 1 pack burger buns

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb beyond meat burger
  • ½ cup yellow onions ⅛" diced
  • 1 mushrooms chopped
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp burger seasoning

Burger Seasoning

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like it spicy)

Burger Sauce

  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 2 tbsp yellow or dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce

Directions

  • Mix all burger patty ingredients together and form into patties
  • Grill patties to your liking about 3-4 minutes per side once patties are cooked through. Grill burger buns if desired and build your burgers!
